General details:

  • Easy Print-in-Place Design
  • Two parts included
  • Does require a little assembly
  • Sanding Surfaces before Using is recommended

Assembly:

  1. (Put super glue on parts, it is also fine without gluing)
  2. In one hand fold all sides of the box so they touch
  3. With the other hand place and snap the top piece
  4. Done!

3D Printing instructions:

  • Model designed for FDM printing
  • Print bed needed: 180x180mm
  • Infill: 5-10%
  • Layer height: 0,2 mm
  • Print Speed: 40-60 mm/s
  • Noozle diameter: 0,4 mm
  • Support: no supports / no support needed
  • Material: PLA, ABS
  • Cooling Fan Speed: PLA 100%, ABS LOW or OFF to prevent warping
  • Extruder (Hot End) Temperature: PLA (190-220°C), ABS (220-250°C)
  • Bed Temperature: PLA (50-60°C), ABS (90-110°C)
  • Bed Adhesion: 3DLAC Spray adhesive (For perfect adhesion to the printing bed and to avoid warping)
  • We printed the body with PLA filament because we aimed for low shrinkage,
    if you have an enclosed printer, using ABS should not be a problem
  • Neither Rafts nor Brims needed for printing
  • Slicing made with Prusa Slicer
