BMW M3 GTR e46 – Display/Diecast model car.

General details:
– The STL file is set to scale 1/20. But you can build it in any size you want!
– Length ~230 mm.
– Wheelbase: 136,5 mm
– Model body is available as in two main pieces or in one if you want to print it in one piece.
– Rims are replicas of the original racing BBS-RE594 in smaller size.
– Tire is separated from the rim.
– Chassis is connecting to the body with 4 snap in pins.
– The wheels connecting to the chassis also with snap in pins and they can ROTATE!
– The original front grille has 10 grid each side.
(It is only with resin printer printable. With FDM only a 6 grid grille is printable.)

3D Printing instructions:
– Body part STL files are designed for FDM printing. (except proper grille…)
– Print bed needed for 1/20th scale: 200x200mm
– Print Speed: 40-60 mm/s
– Layer height: 0,2 mm
– Noozle: 0,4 mm
– Infill: 20%
– Support: unfortunatelly these files need support.
– Cooling Fan Speed: PLA 100%, ABS LOW or OFF to prevent warping.
– Extruder (hot end) Temperature: PLA (190-220°C), ABS (220-250°C)
– Bed Temperature: PLA (50-60°C), ABS (90-110°C)
– Bed Adhesion: 3DLAC Spray adhesive (For perfect adhesion to the printing bed and to avoid warping)
– Material: ABS, PLA
– Neither Rafts nor Brims needed for printing.
– Slicing made with Prusa Slicer.

We 3D printed it with an Ender 3 V2 Neo
